Yeah, yeah, I know. I’m back off the wagon - but I have lots of good excuses this week - 1) 90th birthday party for my husband’s grandmother with little healthy food options AND cake, 2) rain = no walking, 3) getting ready for house guests left little time for exercise. Now, I’m back to thinking about how good last week’s loss felt and about the pre-kids wardrobe I’m still hoping to get into before November!
