WW Update – Week 45

Florida pre-kids wardrobe HERE I COME!  Finally, my added exercise is appearing on the scale.  I’ve been out running around (a lot!) with the kids and trying to incorporate some aerobics whenever I have a chance.

And hey – guess what my WW magazine told me this month???  People that carry their weight in their hips and thighs have a reduced risk for diabetes and heart disease because lower-body fat traps harmful fatty acids, which contribute to a number of diseases, more effectively than belly fat.  Best news I’ve heard lately about the junk in my trunk!
