Pounds lost in Week 39: 1.4 pounds
Total weight lost so far : 25.6 pounds
This week was a wash of last week. I lost the exact 1.4 pounds I gained last week. I don’t know if that was because I was good and tracked and even took a walk this weekend or because it was my body normalizing out after last week’s hormonal debacle. Needless to say, I started this week off well with a mile walk this morning. I’m hoping to continue a new exercise regime (at least on the 3 days I go to work) because I know this is the kick-start that my body needs to get out of its rut.
