Well, my nemesis, the Evil 2 Pounder has returned yet again.  But this time it was not a shock.  Last week was a horrible one – eating-wise.  I always seemed to be around crap and you know that the crap food is always more appealing than the healthy food.  And can you say No.Willpower.Whatsoever?  (I’m so doomed for the holidays!) But, I don’t like seeing negative numbers or the fact that my pounds lost = my numbers of weeks at Weight Watchers, so back to bootcamp I go!

WW Update – Week 22

Pounds lost in week 22 : 2.4 pounds

Total weight lost so far : 25.4 pounds

Thanks to signing up for my own November bootcamp plan, this week was another good week.  While I didn’t really change anything up this week, I definitely ate less.  And thanks to the new Dasani flavored (but with no sugars) water, I’m getting in my water.  It definitely is helping, as the past 2 weeks have been good ones.  The pounds are starting to be greater than the weeks again and I’m liking the look of that!

WW Update – Week 21

Pounds lost in week 21 : 1.6 pounds

Total weight lost so far : 23 pounds

I DID IT!  I finally beat the terrible two pounds that I gained and lost for the past month (don’t ask me how – I did eat *some* Halloween candy!).  Now, the real test – keeping it off!  I’m officially signed up for bootcamp.  Kicking ass and losing weight!  If I can make it through Halloween week and lose 1.6 pounds there is hope for me come Thanksgiving and Christmas!

WW Update – Week 20

It was the demon cheese doodle monster that made me do it!  Unfortunately for my weigh-in day, we had a toddler’s birthday party on Sunday chock full with pizza, cupcakes and cheese doodles.  And we all know how that ends up right?!  Not to mention that I am absolutely dreading Halloween this weekend.  I wasn’t going to buy candy to give out, but let’s be honest….the candy will be in my house from the kids anyway.  I just need to buck up and JUST SAY NO!  JUST SAY NO!  (Repeat as many times as you need to until the kids have eaten all of the candy!)

WW Update – Week 20

Pounds lost in week 19 : 1.2 pounds

Total weight lost so far : 21.8 pounds

Over the past month I’ve lost and gained the same damn 2 pounds.  I’m still down -.8, but next week (for sure!) I’m getting it back.  So long Wonder Twins. Say hello to the Fantastic Four (I hope!)

This week I was a good girl and stuck to program.  I was even good on my trip to Lancaster, PA where I ate at Cracker Barrel, a Chinese buffet and a diner.  Losing weight and living a normal life can be done!
