WW Update – Week 27

Pounds lost in Week 27: -.4 pound

Total weight lost so far : 23.2 pounds

I’d like to thank D, the host of the fabulous, annual cookie swap, as well as all of the ladies who made such tasty cookies.  The cookies, the sandwiches, the snacks and the day of girlie fun & friendship was TOTALLY worth a .4 gain!!!  This week’s motto is SALAD, SALAD, SALAD!  I’m still sticking with the plan of enjoying the holidays (and all that comes with them) and attempting to not gain (too much) weight by the end of December.

    Not a bad idea going salad this week. I also throw in soup, especially the Progresso 0-point soups. Tasty, filling, and no points.

    A day of girlie fun and friendship is TOTALLY worth a .4 pound gain. Yup. :-)

    As much as I would love to enjoy the WW soup, the damn soy protein that they keep adding to everything these days, is greatly reducing my options. Right now, I can only find 2 of their soups that I can eat :(

    Oh. :-( That sucks. What about the 0-point soup you make yourself? I haven’t had it, but it is 0-points and full of veggies.
