Pounds lost in week 22 : 2.4 pounds

Thanks to signing up for my own November bootcamp plan, this week was another good week. While I didn’t really change anything up this week, I definitely ate less. And thanks to the new Dasani flavored (but with no sugars) water, I’m getting in my water. It definitely is helping, as the past 2 weeks have been good ones. The pounds are starting to be greater than the weeks again and I’m liking the look of that!
