WW Update – Week 39

Pounds lost in Week 39: 1.4 pounds

Total weight lost so far : 25.6 pounds

This week was a wash of last week.  I lost the exact 1.4 pounds I gained last week.  I don’t know if that was because I was good and tracked and even took a walk this weekend or because it was my body normalizing out after last week’s hormonal debacle.  Needless to say, I started this week off well with a mile walk this morning.  I’m hoping to continue a new exercise regime (at least on the 3 days I go to work) because I know this is the kick-start that my body needs to get out of its rut.

    It’s funny how every week can be different for everyone! I have a week where I feel like I ate bad and lose 2 pounds, then I have what I thought was a good week and lose nothing (like last week!) I guess all that matters is we are healthier and lighter than we were when we started this thing! And that’s a great life choice in my opinion.

    Oh, and I’m with Chris…once you get running it’s fantastic! (Ask me 3 years ago if I ever would have thought running was fantastic and I would have said you were crazy!) And going out and completing your first 5k (even walking) is a great accomplishment.

    Lady, if I can run, you can run. *nod* Seriously. Know how I started? I ran 30 seconds, walked 30 seconds. Then I ran for a minute, walked 30 seconds. And I know you have the Wii Fit. Try the run activity. You run in place, but you start getting used to the motion. You can do it. I just uttered the words “if I become mad maybe I’ll run a half marathon.” I’m insane…
