		<description>Funny how you do something SO right and it works against you.  that is great though.  I wish I had your motivation to exercise more and go for something like a half marathon.  Maybe when the kids get a little bit older!  :)</description>

		<description>Woohoo!  Great job!  I will bet all the steps had something to do with it.  I cleaned the one bedroom upstairs in December and took a ton of stuff into the attic.  I lost weight that week.  Stairs can do it.  Great job!

I&#039;ve started training for a half marathon (I know, call me crazy), but I think it&#039;s causing me to lose too much too fast. I think I need to eat more to keep up with the running so my body doesn&#039;t eventually go into starvation mode, but I don&#039;t want to overdo it. Who would&#039;ve thought that adding more exercise could make this way more difficult than it already was?</description>
